On Grassmannians associated with JB*-triples

JB*-triples form a class of Banach Jordan triple systems that are in 1-1-correspondence with bounded symmetric domains in complex Banach spaces. The main result states that every connected component of the space of all complemented principal inner ideals of a JB*-triple is a symmetric complex Banach manifold.
